Les Sedlacek, General Contractor

Leslie has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He began his construction career as a teen, employed by a cousin who taught him residential construction “from the ground up” in Corvallis, Oregon. After service in the U.S. Navy, Leslie returned to Oregon, where he continued with residential and commercial construction. He managed the Facilities Department for Lattice Semiconductor Corp. a multinational high tech manufacturing company headquartered near Portland for eight years. During this time, he supported expansion of the company with construction projects for three buildings in California, two in Oregon, and one in Shanghai, China.

Leslie opened Pacific Contractors in 1986. He built more than 60 homes in the Willamette Valley. Leslie knows the value of hard work and has a strong reputation for quality construction and customer satisfaction. The Greater Sheridan Chamber of Commerce recognized Pacific Contractors as the 1998 Business of the Year.

In 2000, Leslie relocated his family to a ranch near Bonanza, Oregon, a small town east of Klamath Falls. The quality of his workmanship and his strong commitment to on-time / within-budget completion continues to satisfy a growing list of happy clients.

Annie Sedlacek, Administration & Sales
A former Real Estate Broker, Annie now works with Leslie. She brings more than 10 years of real estate experience to the Pacific Contractors team. She manages the office, and assists Leslie and his clients with the paperwork and details relating to all phases of the construction process.

Working with real estate and banking professionals, they assist with locating the best building site, most suitable floor plan, and most attractive financing. They educate and assist the customer through each phase of the necessary paperwork, saving time and eliminating the stress and concerns often associated with building a new home.
