Every contractor has his own way of doing things when building
a home. Les is a bit old-fashioned in his expectation for
quality and craftsmanship. He is not quick to adopt new
products and new methods into his specifications for a new
home. Instead, he may “over build” to ensure a quality home.
He takes a “wait and see” attitude toward some new materials
and techniques. This protects homeowners from the risk of
using new products or techniques that may be “fads”, are not
cost-effective, and may need some “kinks” worked out before
they are reliable and effective.
Les will NEVER risk the quality of your home
to enhance his profit margin.
